In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Law Personnel in Possession of Individuals (the “Law”), TRCM puts at your disposal the following Privacy Notice.

TRCM is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, in this sense and in compliance with the legal obligations established in the Law, through this instrument. The owners of the data are informed of the information that is collected from them and the purposes that will be given to said information.

In addition to the above, we inform you that TRCM has its address located at the address indicated in the Legal Notice.

The personal data that we collect from individuals will be used for following purposes, which are necessary to specify our business relationship with our clients, as well as to attend the legal services that they request and that will be used mainly for the preparation of legal documents and/or procedures that are requested by individuals who hire our services.

To carry out the purposes described above, we will request the following personal data, depending on the relationship that exists with the individuals: Name, age, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, address, telephone, email, Registry Key Federal Taxpayers, identity images, and all those that are necessary for the preparation of legal documents and / or procedures requested by individuals.

On the other hand, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any authority, company, organization or person other than us and will be used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes. TRCM will implement the necessary security measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment.

We also inform individuals who hire our legal services that there will be times when we are required to share some or all of their personal data with third parties, nationals or foreigners. Said third parties may or may not be affiliated companies or subsidiaries of TRCM, or may be law firms, accounting firms, administrative firms, service providers, or of any other nature that TRCM may subcontract in the normal performance of its business. TRCM will not assign, sell or transfer your personal data to third parties not related or subcontracted by TRCM, without your prior consent. However, TRCM may share, assign or transfer your personal data or information in the cases provided by law.

Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (“ARCO”)

Individuals who hire our legal services will have ARCO rights at all times, which are the following:

Access: right to know the personal data we have in our possession, what we use them for and the conditions of use we give them.

Rectification: right to request the correction of the information that we have in our possession in the event that it is not updated, inaccurate or incomplete.

Cancellation: right to have your information removed from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly.

Opposition: right to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes.

In addition, individuals will have the right at any time to revoke their consent for the use of their personal data, as well as the consent that, where appropriate, they have granted us for the treatment of these. However, it is important that you bear in mind that not in all cases we will be able to immediately attend to your request to revoke consent for storage, use or treatment of your information or personal data, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation it is required that we continue to keep your data in our records or information, as well as continue treating them. Additionally, individuals should consider that, if your revocation request proceeds, it would imply that we cannot continue to provide our legal services to them, so that your business relationship with us would be terminated.

In the same way, you may request that the use and disclosure of your data or personal information be limited, without this request implying a request to revoke consent for the use of data or personal information, and without this request for a limit on use and disclosure implying termination of your business relationship with us.
